Annual Retained Services
We provide you with your own ‘HR Manager/Business Partner or Department’ who builds a long-term relationship with you, supported by regular meetings, phone and email follow up.
This is a cost-effective approach for advice and guidance on every area of the employee lifecycle throughout the year.
Starting from £200 per month
Hourly/Daily HR support
When you need short-term advice and guidance or have a one-off HR issue, case or project.

Getting you started and protecting your business with a firm foundation for success.
Starting from £500
Training & Development
We help you build high performing teams with great leadership. Whether your Managers are new to managing people or more experienced, we can provide a range of bespoke courses or 121 coaching face to face in your premises or remotely by webinar.
Starting from £300 per course for up to 15 delegates
Home Office Sponsorship
We offer full end to end support for you to obtain your own Tier 2 sponsor licence. This enables you to recruit from overseas, or offer employment to those already in the UK who require a work visa.
