Debbie founded Stamford HR Solutions in 2013 knowing her HR expertise could make a significant difference to organisations that did not need a full-time HR presence. Prior to starting her own business, Debbie held senior management roles specialising in HR while also having wider organisational responsibilities.
Based on a reputation for great service and solutions, Stamford HR has grown, providing positive people solutions to businesses.
With over 25 years of HR experience Debbie is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). She has a Masters in Strategic HR Management and is qualified as an adult teacher and trainer.

Helen is an experienced Director, Head of HR & People and qualified as a Chartered Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Helen has led teams and project managed across all areas of operational and strategic HR. With hands on ability in delivering solutions in the employee life cycle Helen loves sharing how straight forward ‘HR’ can be and supporting businesses through change. Helen is practical, values-based with a proven track record of delivering efficiencies, solutions and outcomes.
